Refund and cancellation policy.

Submitting a Studio enquiry creates no payment obligation. Nothing is charged until you accept a written scope and start date.

If the engagement is not delivering what the scope described, tell us within 30 days of the start date and we refund the fees paid for that period in full. One request per engagement.

• Cancel any time with 14 days’ written notice to hello@executionfirst.io.
• The current period runs to its end date. Future periods are not billed.
• There is no minimum term, no exit fee, and no auto-escalation of price.

Fixed-scope work can be cancelled before delivery begins for a full refund. Once delivery has begun, we refund the unstarted portion of the scope. Completed and delivered work is not refundable.

An engagement can be paused once for up to 60 days. Billing stops during the pause and your slot is held.

Email hello@executionfirst.io from the address on the engagement. We confirm within two business days. Payments taken through our reseller Paddle can also be raised at paddle.net. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within three to ten business days.
