These terms govern your use of Execution First and anything you buy from it. The site and its books are operated by SaaSili LTD.
Execution First is operated by SaaSili LTD (“we”, “us”). When you use this site or buy a book, you are contracting with SaaSili LTD. You confirm you are of legal age, or that you have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
By using the site or buying a book you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
Digital books and written frameworks on B2B SaaS execution, delivered as downloadable files, plus a free email newsletter. Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the material for your own use and the use of your organisation.
We retain ownership of the site, the books, the frameworks, the software behind them, and all associated branding. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Prices are shown on the books page and confirmed at checkout.
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Files already downloaded remain yours to read under the licence above.
Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit exclusion.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
