Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, billing, tax, invoicing, and returns, and processes payment data as its own controller. We receive only the order information needed to fulfil and support your purchase.

Who we share data with

  • Paddle, as Merchant of Record for sales, subscriptions, tax, and invoicing.
  • Service providers that host the site, store files, and send email on our behalf.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Order and tax records are kept for as long as required by law. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@saasili.com and we will respond within one month. UK and EEA residents may also complain to their supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
